How do I cancel my CheckMySite.com account?
Yes, payments by credit card are secure for the CheckMySite.com monitoring services. We use a third-party billing partner who is specialized in online transactions.
We prefer that you pay by credit card. However you can also pay by check. We will send you an invoice so you can send us a check.
We will invoice customers from our European office in the Netherlands. Customers from outside Europe don't have to pay any VAT. Customers from Europe with no valid VAT number will be charged VAT. We will charge customers from the Netherlands also VAT.
No, it isn't possible to get a refund if you decide not to continue with CheckMySite.
To cancel your CheckMySite.com website and server monitoring account please ignore the expiration e-mails which we will send. Your monitoring account will expire automatically. We will never renew automatically without your permission.
