Getting started

Step 1. Go to www.CheckMySite.com

Sign up for a free, four-week trial, or sign up directly for CheckMySite.com in either the Silver or Gold version. Enter your name, e-mail and URL of the website or IP address of the server. In return you will receive an activation e-mail. Please click the link in the e-mail to activate your account. We will immediately begin monitoring your website or servers.

Step 2. Login and view the reports

Go to www.CheckMySite.com and login with your account ID and password. Once you have activated your account, we will start monitoring your website or server and you will be able to view the reports.

Step 3. Add probes and contact people

To add a website or server, please login and select Settings in the navigation menu. Select probes and add your probe. Once you have added the probe for your website or server we will start automatically to monitor it. When you want to monitor a website or server and add a check we call it a probe. So if you want to monitor 10 websites you need to add 10 probes.

When you add a probe (check) you can also add people who will receive the alert or a daily, weekly or monthly overview.
